Welcome to "Love 2 Move" with Shauna Romano… Love 2 Move provides a foundation for the individual development of optimal body mechanics in order to attain optimal physical performance. This work is for people of all levels of physical functioning.

Love2Move Corrective Posture Technique is a simple 1-2-3 approach to working efficiently and effectively with body mechanics to maximize training results, and minimize wear and tear.  You will have increase energy throughout your everyday life and will reach you wellness/training high performance goals!

Individuals begin their program with a posture and gait assessment which creates an awareness of existing movement patterns within the body. Programs are then tailor-designed to develop efficient movement patterns. Love 2 Move fitness professionals will assess your current level of body functioning, including fitness, flexibility and well being. We will familiarize you with some of the techniques that will be used to re-educate your body for efficient, effective movement.

Love 2 Move works primarily with the central nervous system to make long term changes in motor neural pathway function. This method promotes efficient muscular functioning which helps to reduce tension, increase strength and elasticity, while aligning the structural body.
