What can you expect?
Understanding how your body is coping with your current activity level in the first step in your L2M education. The training program begins with an assessment of how your body is currently functioning, through a biochemically-based posture and movement analysis. (Biomechanics is the science of how your body moves). We then work together to educate and qualify your body to achieve your functional fitness goals.
